Attorney dr. Toma Georgian
Georgian has been a member of the Bucharest Bar Association since 2013, he provides advice, assistance and representation mainly before criminal prosecution authorities and courts in cases involving criminal law.
Georgian is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Law of “Titu Maiorescu” University of Bucharest, where he teaches seminars in Criminal Law. General Part and Criminalistics. He is currently also an associate professor at the Faculty of Legal Sciences at the Hyperion University of Bucharest in Criminal Law. Special part.
Since July 2023 he is a member of the Hearing Commission of the National Anti-Doping Agency.
He defended in March 2019 his doctoral thesis, in the field of criminal law, on the subject of Deferment of the application of the penalty and waiver of the application of the penalty, the qualification awarded was Magna Cum Laude (Very good).
He has consistently distinguished himself by his outstanding litigation vision, approaching and advocating innovative legal solutions in various cases, both civil and criminal.
